A little hard to communicate with the staff since I don't speak Vietnamese, but point at the picture and get some amazing food in return. Definitely will go back again.

Food was still as delicious and plentiful as the last time I came in! The dac biet is the best option if you want to try a little bit of everything. We came in around 2:30 so the line was a lot shorter than last time I came, and as soon as we were seated and ordered, our food came out within 10 min. The banh cuon was very thin and perfect.

Came by for lunch the other day and it was a decent experience. Parking was plentiful in the plaza. There was a slight wait for a table during the peak lunch hour.
Service by the staff was quick and efficient. Some staff opted to wear a mask and gloves.
Started off with the iced Vietnamese coffee and it was decent. It had a faint chicory flavor as an added touch.
The #5 pork Banh Cuon was decent. It came out lukewarm along with a ton of toppings like fried garlic, meat loaf, fish cake, egg roll, and bean sprout salad. I found the banh Cuon a touch bland. There was an entire jug of fish sauce and hot sauce at the table to complement the banh Cuon.
$20/head after tax and gratuity. Tip suggestions start at 15% after tax

Update: had take out early in the day and the banh coun dac diet extremely good this time
The skin was so thin and delicious and all the fixings were hitting on point! I ate like 1.5 orders and it was better than my last visit
Would definitely come back again!

Fantastic banh cuon. All the reviews are right about it noodle sheets being fresh and made to order. All the accouterments are fantastic. A+

Nhan Thịt + Nhan Tom (1/2 Pork + 1/2 Shrimp Rice Sheets)
Nhan Thịt (Pork Rice Sheets) x 2
* our table practically drank all the fish sauce so having a giant mason jar of it at each table was a plus! (highly recommend drenching each rice sheet before eating, sauce was on the sweeter side and lacked acidity)
* topped with an egg roll, cha lua (steamed bologna), fried tofu (unseasoned), fried onions, banh cong (mung bean shrimp fried cake), and steamed bean sprouts
* rice sheets are delicate, thin, and freshly steamed
Nem Chua Bo (Fermented Beef) x 5
* topped with a slice of garlic and chile
* addicting bite-sized cured beef that was tangy and salty
* must-try!
* closes early and is always bustling with customers (have to join waitlist in-person) but definitely worth the wait
* friendly and quick service
* very reasonable prices for filling portions
10/10

recommend this place !! Came here on a Saturday afternoon for a party of 8. You have to put your name down and just wait within the vicinity for them to call your name since it's a small mom and pop shop.
I got the combination banh cuon so you get a bit of everything to try. They did mention that they ran out of tofu so substituted with more meat instead. It was sooo silly and smooth and only about $12 for the dish which is a bargain! The shrimp and sweet potato fritters was also a nice appetizer to share with my party. Definitely give this place a try if you like banh cuon!

The best banh cuon place in Orange County. Love that they do catering, and we order for parties all the time here.

Went here last week for the first time. It was in a little corner surrounded by businesses. We were greeted right away and asked if we were ready to order. We asked for a few minutes and was left alone for a bit.
I got the #1 combo. It came with plain banh cuon, meat, and shrimp. Since it was my first time, I wanted to try it all. My friend got #2, which is plain and meat since she didn't know if she would like the shrimp one. Everything was really good. Banh cuon was a little on the thicker side, but that doesn't bother me. The sweet potatoes were good. Not too greasy.
I appreciate the mason jar of fish sauce on the table so you definitely don't have to ask for more. I also for 2 orders to go and they were made quickly and accurately. My mom complained about not enough cha since you only get 2 pieces of steamed cha and 2 pieces of fried cha, but I was ok with it. The prices are decent and I'll definitely be back. Bonus points for being so close to my house.
